❥材料INGREDIENTS :
椰子粉70克(hk.iherb.com/pr/nutiva-organi...
亞麻籽粉120克
洋車前子殼粉10克
水110克
椰子油25克
泡打粉8克
蘋果醋15克
蛋約320克(5全蛋1蛋白)
注意:不同牌子粉類多少吸水能力有差異,盡量根據自己情況加減水量
麵團的最終狀態是不乾不會太濕
如果偏乾不成型可以加點水
亞麻籽粉通常買回來已經磨細,不需要再研磨處理
沒有蘋果醋可以用其他無糖醋
做法:
1.先把所有乾性食材放大盆裡攪拌均勻
2.然後再加入水,椰子油,稍微攪拌
3.另一碗裡打入雞蛋和蘋果醋
攪拌均勻後再加入麵團裡
4.烤箱170-180度上下火烤40分鐘
如果你使用的是高身比較厚的吐司模
需要將溫度調高,不然比較難發起來
5.稍微放涼即可切開食用
6.剛烤麵包出來會有點濕,放涼後就不會
7.冷藏保存
這個麵包單獨吃有天然的亞麻籽和椰香味,十分鬆軟
如果覺得單調無味可以當三文治食用,飽腹感十分強!

coconut oil 25g
Baking powder 8g
apple cider vinegar 15g

Note: The water absorption capacity of different brands of powder is different, try to add or subtract water according to your own situation

If it's too dry, you can add some water

practice:
1. First, put all the dry ingredients in a large pot and stir evenly
2. Then add water, coconut oil, and stir slightly
3. Beat eggs and apple cider vinegar in another bowl
Stir well and then add it to the dough
4. Bake in the oven at 170 -180 degrees for 40 minutes
If you are using a taller and thicker toast mold Need to increase the temperature, otherwise it will be more difficult to send
5. Let it cool for a while and then cut it for consumption
6. Freshly baked bread will be a little wet, but not after letting it cool
7. Keep refrigerated
This bread alone has a natural flavor of flaxseed and coconut, which is very soft
If you feel monotonous and tasteless, you can eat it as a sandwich, and you will feel very full!
