Hello, so this is my quick steamed fish recipe. It works every time and tastes wonderful. The only thing I need to inform you is make sure when you take out the extra remaining steamed fish water from dish, to actually keep a little bit. I went too fast and drained out all the water so when I put the soya sauce on it was a bit dry. As long as you keep some steamed water still on the plate, when you add your soya sauce it will be very saucy. Enjoy!
