I just found your channel and felt I saw you in one TV show. Then I searched your name and saw "搜神记“, which I watched on TV when I was in my high school. I remember "好彩妹“. I immediately subscribed to your channel.
Queen Linda is part of our childhood, my favorite on-screen heroine indeed!! Gotta say her English pronunciation is so damn precise and speaking in such fluent manner really blew me away indeed!!
What a wonderful take on the lasagna Linda, especially the cheese sauce! The end product looks really good. P.S.: I too loveee lasagna and would ALWAYS order it!
The lasagna was very yummy 鍾嘉欣我希望你明年參乘風破浪的姐姐因為 胡杏儿今年去啦 Next year I hope see you singing and dancing because i never see you dancing and hopefully see you recevie take the challenge next year.
I love tomato related food and dishes, so Italian food definitely one of my favorites. I love lasagna too but it’s just too time consuming to make them, so I would do the “lazy” version. Make my tomato meat sauce, similar to the way you make them, (but would add basil and/or parsley, along with my ricotta and Parmesan cheese), and let it simmer for about 15 minutes or so, in the mean time, boiling my pasta. Since I love the taste of tomato, I would also squeeze some tomato paste into the sauce, to enhance the tomato favors 😋 After pasta is done cooking (so called “al dente”), I would drain the water out and put the pasta into the sauce mixture, cook & stir them for about 5 minutes. Before serving it, I would put some mozzarella and some more Parmesan cheese onto it😀😋😋👍
Great job on the lasagna! By the way next time see if Costco has the Rao’s sauce it’s better than Kirkland brand. Also I love that you are using the Edmonton Oilers oven mitt! 🙂
Wow, I haven't watched HK dramas for years, and have no idea what happens to the artists. It's good to know you have your own channel and a family now. For some strange reason, this pop up in my recommendation.
Pink sink?! ❤️ For the beef, I usually drain the juice after the initial cooking because it dilutes the sauce and has a lot of extra fat and weird meat juices in it.
Hi Linda, when you have a chance try a mix of pork, beef and lamb minced is super yum . My sister in law also add sausage for another level of texture wise . Love Italian food too
i luv lasagna, it's one of my favorites Linda!! You also have very good taste. (wink) You can add mushrooms too. Though i don't always have it often cause mom doesn't like to eat it. I would be eating the whole thing to myself. it's weird cause i just bought lasagna today for dinner & you made it today.
Looks delicious and not too complicated to make. But I usually don’t see people rinsing pasta under cold water. Unlike Chinese noodles, it’s good if the pasta is sticky because the sauce will cling to it.
Hi Linda, this is my first time watching your channel (I subscribed right away). The lasagna really looks nice, your whole presentation is really good too. I really like listening to your videos in the English. Just one suggestion, the music might be a little annoying as the whole 13-min video we can only hear one chord playing non-stop. Otherwise, it’s really nice, thanks for sharing your recipe, I might try making it soon. ❤️
Dear Linda, as I said, you are a beautiful divine feminine soul, so please keep making use of your beautiful energy to "channel" and attract more beautiful energy, then the earth will get back in balance and even become a new earth with peace and harmony, unconditional love and bliss. Thanks 🙏
Nice video, one suggestion, after all the efforts and long process, you didn't cut it out to show the inside and take a bite, the ending could be better in my opinion
