The local version uses LatentDiffusion weights? LatentDiffusion: Running in eps-prediction modevs the newer stable diffusion weights.

Quick question. When I use the 2D mode, my animation ends up as a fractal regardless of what I do. Even if I use the default example settings. Have you ran into this or know a solution to this?

Lower the strength_schedule. In some videos i go down to 0.4 even. And choose a low diffusion cadence. The art is to find the right balance between random image changes and going abstract at one point, which is with every movie a bit different

It seems like the skimage library is not installed, you can try to install it by running "conda install scikit-image"
