I'm sorry for intruding but I want to say Japan anime and manga is well known in Indonesia. at the old time, anime is broadcasted on local TV station. the old giant robot series, then proceeded by dash yonkuro, Minky Momo, Sailor Moon, Wedding Peach, Doraemon ,Magic knight Rayearth, the titles keep adding each year including Kamen rider,super sentai and Ultraman series. but around year 2010 local TV stop broadcasting them. but our love can't be stopped. we still watch online the recent title about manga, few local publisher , translated popular manga which is trending in Japan. so we're not far left behind. in Indonesia English lesson is taught since elementary school. maybe because we're used with western influence, somehow many Indonesian understand and able to speak english as their third language.yes third. indonesian language, local/ethnic language and english. indonesian have(too)many ethnic language. like the word that Moona teach to pekora "punten",is actually an ethnic language (not indonesian)

@@FreyjaWion giving a bit addition. Old anime have great place in indonesia. Someone who grew in 90 and 20 probably watch it all the time. Since a lot of highschool taught other language, having two or three language became a norm here. I got 3 foreign language in highschool which are arabian, english and japanese, though only english i could use fluently
