Looks cool and all, but as an American, there's definitely no cacti or desert palms in the New England region of the U.S. (Boston) It's mostly forested with cold winters, similar to the landscape of coastal western Europe.

How did you solve the stuttering problem? I can't take 10 steps without it getting stuck (due to the load of NPCs), mainly human NPCs.

VIVIDでカバーしきれていないテクスチャをHDオーバーホールで補う感じです HDオーバーホールをベースにしてその上にVIVIDを配置しています

you can wrap a turd in fancy, colorful paper but beneath the pretty colors it is always going to be the same turd.. bethesda games have a particularly unique feel that is distinctly cheap and hollow.. this feeling is hardcoded and no mod will ever change it but people still living off the morrowind/oblivion hype lol.
