Constantine: So he is Karl der GroBe (points Don Quixote), he is Karl der GroBe (points Master), and you are Karl der GroBe (points Charlemagne), ¿there is other Karl der GroBe i should meet? (Guy in gigant mecha appear)
"Though I sorta just geeked out too much over Don Quixote's coolness right now" THIS MAN SPEAKS THE TRUTH! Also imagine how Don feels having one of the greatest kings of all times praising him and calling him cool. Poor old man is having a heart attack in the background from happiness.
Bradamante : ...my king (she seems like a knight having a doubt after she saw her real king on the enemy side) Charlemagne : Believe in the path you have chosen , Bradamante. That's the star we're fighting under. We all need someone like Charlemagne in life , this guy is cool af
Charlemagne might be silly and carefree when he's in the mood to be so, but when the choices that are present lead to life and death, he does his best to pick the better of the two. Bradamante is one of his Paladins, even if she was summoned or 'brainwashed' to the opposing faction. He has a chivalrous code that he follows as any true Knight and King should have.
Definitely the second coolest moment in Traum. For me, his clutch save is abit outshined by Don Quixote's badass moment, but even Charlie admit that he is the coolest person here after all
@@d.m.h5428 Pretty much yes. This Charlie is a fiction-inspired servant who would rather be steering clear of ruling and his people for freedom while the Karl is an actual historical figure who people revered as the actual father of Europe.
@@mirzapramudya1580 Well, there is the possibility that some of Charlemagne's descendants may have reached Japan and hence Ritsuka could be a distant relative.
Remember that most of the servants in this singularity are against pan human history because of their master. This includes Bradamante. As for why she’s on Constantine’s side it’s because she became friends with Pope Joan and just like Constantine they hate Pan human history for disregarding her and basing her legend on proving why she didn’t exist.
"Hold on... Charlemagne is struggling to stay around? Couldn't you have solved that problem as soon as I got here?!" That was what I thought when Charlie revealed he'd disappear in two days. He could've formed a contract with us and solved, or at least mitigated, that issue. I understand due to him being from the Mooncell and being "Charlemagne" and not "Charles the Great" probably makes it difficult to stay around indefinitely, Master or not, but it shouldn't be an imminent problem if he has a Master. It makes him seem kinda _suspicious._
just think the ccc thing is his inner monolog he being 2 person and arguing each other, one is charlemagne the kindest fellow who go adventure with his paladin and other one is a king of europe who crucify tons of enemy etc. he cant summon as whole being because of that.
While I do appreciate them mentioning what happened in Link, I don't think they could be any more vauger about it. Seriously, no mention of Hakuno, the Moon Cell, or the fact that he and Karl just now exist as separate entities, just him and Karl getting into a dispute, them resolving it, and Karl letting Charlemagne take care of things here. Not to mention him not having any dialogue for Nero, Tamamo, Altera or anyone he met from the Moon Cell. It's almost as if they wanted to have him but ignore all the baggage of Link and this was the solution that they came to.
