well, he is said to be back in reines event and many other easter eggs. Now in Lostbelt 5 there some new data about that. However there is nothing clear yet.
Wonder how the anime watchers are gonna feel cuz they only met him on babylonia anime unlike players who was with Roman for seven singularities feels are gonna flow
In NA version I just use all useless lvl 1 servants as front row, after the 1st instant death NP from Goetia, my back row is my grailed Hercules and support list Alter Doggo, so it's not a pain to fight against Goetia XD
David and Solomon story are one of my favorite story in the Bible. Getting David easily and for free brought me great joy same as the sorrow I felt when Romani disappeared forever after performing his final heroic deed.
After clearing Solomon you get to play David's Interlude. It's technically a flashback but the ending resolves the question "Did David know who/where his son was?"
At first, they had to avoid bringing attention to David cause he was a walking spoiler. But now I guess they just neglect David cause it's tradition at this point. (guy has been getting shafted outta things since Apocrypha...)
It's been so long, and we've come so far, but this? This still hurts. The greatest loss that Chaldea had ever taken. I wish that he was still here to see us conquer South America. But allas, his time of parting hath come.
@@telracsazyl1243 i never said that Romani really back, it just a stupid joke that he appeared in a stupid event and Interlude quest, like seriously you think that he really back?
I'm so glad I only research up some servants and while I do get spoiled on some minor details here and there (Which I usually don't mind), I try to keep away from big story details and I was able to read this completely blind.
Actually yes but no,stella is something like nuclear bomb, but solomon's Ars Nova is make everything become nothing you can think that is arash can come back from stella but solomon wont come back.any.more
I might get this wrong but servants can be summoned from the Throne of Heroes if there was unfinished business before they died....something they didnt complete or a regret...something that still tethers them here. Ars Nova basically giving the 10 Rings back to God....to say "I'm Done.....there is nothing else for me to do" He essentially erased himself from the Throne Of Heroes...something a servant shouldnt be capable of doing.
@@Jaye3rd89 You are correct. No matter how they lived a hero always has unfinished business which allows them to enter the Throne of Heroes. Ars Nova was more or less saying "I'm done." like you said. With no more business he could exit the Throne and be no more.
Ars Nova wasn't an explosion. It was symbolic of Solomon surrendering God's gift back to Heaven. It waas more significative than just solving "unfinished businesses", he was giving away the proof of his entire being. It was God's wisdom given to him what let him be as great of a king as he was. Without that, he was erased from the Throne of Heroes. Kind of. Goetia is still kinda there, so it's very ambiguous.
It's intended to be hidden so Goetia won't know this Noble Phantasm's True Name. Goetia only hypothesized about this Noble Phantasm before, but it actually exists and only the true Solomon can use it. (Since Ars Nova itself means that Solomon will be back to nothingness by giving away the gifted 10 Rings from the God. Solomon is only remarkable as Heroic Spirit because of the God gifts. If he gives back the Rings, then it means he will be a regular person, you might say.)
So if Bedi can be recognized and made into a heroic spirit through what he did in the singularity, why can't the same be done for solomon to bring him back?
Ars Nova removes all traces of Solomon from the world and throne of heroes. Even if humanity still remembers him, there is no need to. There is no task he started that needs to be finished by a successor, no task that humanity can ask for that he alone can resolve, and he has no wish on the grail to give reason to manifest. Truly, Ars Nova is a heartfelt declaration of "My task is complete, I have no reason or need to stay. This is my final goodbye."
@@TheRevanchrist I think he meant to say "Romani Archiman". Da Vinci said there is a slight possibility because Romani's memories and life were different from Solomons.
it would be kind of lame if he came back. ars nova is basically solomon saying "with this, i have no regrets." he used the NP because he was confident that mashu and ritsuka could protect the world from any future threats. with the security of humanity stable, and having lived a regular life as romani, solomon no longer had anything he regretted. hell, even if humanity eventually eradicates itself, it will at least do so by its own hand. so theoretically, he should not be able to come back as a servant (though it might be possible for him to return as a completely ordinary human with no magecraft powers whatsoever)
I'm of two minds really, I do prefer the faster pacing here, and the magic energy looks so much better....but I did appreciate the focus on the rings in the adaptation. Ars Nova is the crystallization of the final act of Solomon, the returning the rings to God to signify the end of his time, and I don't think the game properly shows that with just that magic surge, while the adaptation clearly does pay homage to it.
@@vc180191 the crucifixion really didn’t lend anything to it. I would rather it be a burst of light that showed goetia getting weaker after that show solomon and the rings vanishing. But what they did was basically have the rings shot forward and pin goetia. After that solomon vanishes after a monologue with the mc and cuts to goetia. Which was really awkward to look at.
Ikr. In the movie, Goetia impales him with his huge arm but Solomon is speaking like normal and Goes on rambling until using it later. This meant that goetia could have simply smashed his head and knocked him out or should have killed him before ars nova could have even been uttered and saved himself. Even after the impalement, Solomon takes forever to die and keeps rambling
Idk man if he erased himself from existence then how would we remember him let alone nothing change in the timeline. Unless erase from existence isnt as complicated in fate go
Just finished Solomon singularity today and I already miss Roman :( . also fuck goetia and his triple 1 hit buster def down, I had to retry multiple times for him to do multiple hits to NP loop with my asterios and hans
