@@wasuptghowarfd Some people don’t trust mind eye players because they think that they’re gonna be downed in 5 seconds and think that mind eyes can’t kite This is coming from a TME main who has dealt with people like this, mind eye is a difficult character to play as but once you know how play as her she’s a really good character, for the most part, if a mind eyes is not found first the matches will end in a win (unless you get really bad teammates)

Since you seem like a good player, what does she do? I thought about buying her but I don't know exactly what she does.

Kidd - Mobile Kidd - Mobile she’s a decoder but can be a kiter with the proper skills. She’s “blind” so everything is pitch black 5-6ft away (they’re buffing her to make her “less” blind) so map memorization is a must when you play her! If you don’t memorize the map well enough, you might end up running in unsafe areas. She can also see through walls so kiting in areas with a high wall is so effective. She also has an ability to smack her cane on the ground which pings the hunter’s location to you and your teammates. She has a vaulting debuff so kiting with her can be difficult. I suggest watching top tier gameplays and see how they utilize her

@@yolkyegg Thanks, I didn't realize she was that blind and but I've memorized the maps pretty well so I got the win but I see what you mean about her taking a lot of skill. Also do you still play? Most people I've asked about her said they quit playing a while ago.

Kidd - Mobile i rarely play her now as she needs to have a coordinated team with her. If my teammates die early, I’m left vulnerable

geisha new version hit box is same like wu chang hit box, you can see how long geisha hit box compare old geisha, the old geisha hit box version is very small but now she same like wu chang. it's easy to hit survivor and dash with geisha new version, many players don't know that developer already upgrading geisha hit box and dash. geisha new version hit box is bigger than the old geisha

Bruh, yesterday rank Match, merc told me not to play as D tier surv, and then I changed as prospector.. I guess I really need to prove my kiting skill so I can play as Explorer nicely without burden the others

Cyanity yes she is very annoying in that aspect, but combined with the sound of the cane and what cipher is wiggling the most you can determine where she is and teleport, if you have that with you. With the upcoming mech nerf I have a feeling TME will be getting more popular.

mechy mech the problem is that minds eye is far from being meta, and is a massive liability in any sort of competitive play due to her weak kiting (especially vs meta hunters like queen)

ŁcY Mayhem mech has weak kiting too? Yet she’s used a ton. After her nerf it will be worse, so people will turn to other decoders. As long as you know what you’re doing you can kite for at least 2-3 ciphers I’d say. Some hunters have even left her due to her knowing which way they’re going and wasting time. Just because she isn’t meta doesn’t mean she isn’t viable, some just don’t use her right.

mechy mech mech is really good currently because she can decode while chaired, which makes up for her lack of kiting. In tournament play, you will never see a minds eye because her weak kiting is a complete liability and once she is dead, she cannot decode on chair like mechanic. And I highly doubt minds eye will be brought in to replace mechanic, because you don’t *have* to have a decoder on your team. Notice in tournaments (for a great Example look at the current qualifiers taking place in China) that once mechanic is banned, they never bring in a minds eye or any other decoder as a replacement. They just use another kiter typically. The reason is that the other decoders, explorer and minds eye, are weak characters, and any decoding edge they bring does not have a higher value than just maintaining consistent kite/stall level. If prisoner is good, he might take the place of mechanic in the meta, although he seems to lack the strengths that made mechanic so powerful. I completely agree that minds eye can be super fun to play, especially in low-mid tiers, and vs off meta hunters. However, just because she is a decoder does not mean that she will rise into the meta due to being a decoder (even with the nerfs, I imagine that mechanic will still be a superior option to minds eye). When it comes to top tiers, let alone tournaments, she is just too weak/inconsistent of a character to be a serious competitive option.

Yea i feel like they should make it 20% decode buff and 20% vault debuff so it’s more balanced

i think it's balanced how she is currently. she's a glass cannon, she can do a lot of damage but can be countered easily, honestly she's a good character as she is. also; you shouldn't really be vaulting or throwing down pallets as TME anyways, unless you have to, or you can time it correctly.

I mean the nerf us horrible but mech will be better cuz she has a use, decoding while chaired in incapacitated which other survs cant do. Minds eye can just decode fast and see the hunter, and kiting with her is pain.

well kiting with minds eye is easier than it used to minds eye hard counters hunters with projectiles and her decoding doesnt get nerfed when survivors survivors are injured mech without bot is horrible if survivors are injured which is most the time hunters switch targets a lot

Mech is still far efficient than TME though. She can do so much if used correctly while decoding 2 ciphers. Her bot also functions as a 5th player to the game and TME projectile buff is not that useful if you know how to dodge a ripper’s foggy blades.

i've been playing mind's eye since forever, and i can see where you're coming from: but imma say my strategy, i use the cane at the start of the match. unless, i'm going against top hunters who know exactly what they're doing. also, i don't suggest going into a locker because when a survivor is in a locker because: blue graffiti appears at the bottom of the locker. after i tap my cane, i usually rotate and then start decoding, *IF* im with teammates who decode at regular speed for example: a bad team to use the mind's eye would be with a lot of rescuers: Merc, Grave Keeper, Coord, and Wildling, etc. etc. *(rescuers have slower decoding speed so it wouldn't be the best idea to use the Mind's Eye)* a team i would use TME on would be a team with one and *MAYBE* two rescuers (two rescuers is kind of pushing it) feel free to use whatever strategy you want, though. if it works out *edit: also the hunter may already be chasing you before you use the cane, and using the cane early game helps let your teammates know where to rotate and get prepared to kite at*
