Takenoko Nikumiso Gohan
(Bamboo Shoot and Meat Miso Rice Bowl)
Hello everyone.
I’ll make rice dish using spring ingredients “Takenoko (Bamboo shoot )”, and “Miso”.
Making is very easy and quickly!
Let’s cook together.
Ingredients
・200g ground pork
・200g takenoko(bamboo shoot)
・15g ginger
・1 clove garlic
・5~6 sticks Chinese chive
・3g tou ban jan (豆板醤)
・15g sugar
・20g miso
・15cc soy sauce
Recipe
・Chop the ginger.
・Chop the garlic.
・Cut the takenoko into 7mm cube.
・Cut the Chinese chive into 7mm width.
・Let’s make “Nikumiso”.
Sesame oil into heated pan.
・The garlic, ginger, and “Tou ban jan(豆板醤)” into pan, and stir fry lightly.
・Add ground pork, and stir fry them thoroughly.
・Add sugar, miso, and soy sauce. Stir fry them.
・Add the takenoko, and stir fry.
・Add the Chinese chive, and stir fry.
・Serve on a plate with rice.
