Hi from 🇯🇵 I love cooking and am interested to see your food (Malawi dishes)and learn how to make them for my family. サバ SABA fish)is Mackerel in English. Some material you used for your meals …are difficult to get them in Japan. I wanna make some of them. Are there any shops in Tokyo where I can get those stuff. In England we eat omelets as a main dish with potatoes and vegetables for lunch and sometimes for dinner. Your Teriyaki looks yummy . I do love that too. ( soy sauce, sake, brown sugar) is my recipe for teriyaki . I enjoyed your video ….. Have a great time …❤️💐❤️💐❤️💐
