I'd like to add that the road you cross at 1:48, the 4 Zero Risk Security guards are parked to the right of there and you can knock them out there and extract them instead of waiting till the end of the mission.
For me the armoured vehicle ran over one of their soldiers at the third conversation location and put them on alert because they somehow thought there was an intruder.
I bodged it and somehow completed this mission in the first attempt - I used three dummy soldiers, stopped the convoy, then went uphill from the skulls ( which attracted them towards me). I then sprinted a long arc around to the other side of the convoy; the skulls had followed me up the hill and so would take ages to get back the the truck. I just snuck up and fultoned. I couldn't believe I had done it first try (probably wouldn't happen again).
the problem with avoiding the fight with skulls is that u cannot get the parasite capsules from them if you don't kill em. If you develop a parasite suit and want to use the same abilities as the skulls then you need those parasite capsules. Other than that not killing them is just fine.
Thank you. I had not paid attention to the fact that you could have 8 sleep grenades. I grinned the mission to get the specialist and got my 4 extra grenades and knocked out 3 skulls. Out running the 4th was relatively easy, relative when compared to trying to out run 4!
great, i followed this but the ZRS guys must have been walking through the water at the time i put the skulls to sleep cause when i went to extract them 2 of them had drowned for fuck sake lolz
You can actually extract the Zero Risk Security Guards before the first conversation. After getting the Intel. They should be driving out of the airport on your way to Identify the truck :)
This is great 👍🏼 It got a little dicey I didn't think at first they would ever speak to eachother in the 3rd conversation but they gotta be in a specific stance and they transition animations so it takes a second if it isn't played right, but it worked out.
My dude, you're a legend!! I just used this on both the normal and Extreme versions, and it was a breeze. All tasks and S Ranks done without any panic, and I'll never have to worry about them again🤣 Well, unless Im farming for Armour parasites and Armoured vehicles😈 Much Appreciated Boss!!
I'm doing this mission right now (PS3), and the 3rd conversation didn't start up for me neither. Did everything accordingly. I don't get why Konami doesn't work on these things versus nerfing resource payout.
I only started playing the game, I thought that fast run was actually an end game ability or level up kind of thing then i realized it was just fast forward 😂
Raiden will only be unlocked if all missions have completed objectives Completing S in all missions will not give you Raiden, but Ninja Cyborg And you can improve the Boss's gauntlets before that, it will improve your speed
Fuck I had no idea sleep grenades worked on the skulls. This game has been out for nine years and I've been playing for 8 and I'm still learning new things. It's like what Super Bunnyhop was talking about with MGS3.
if you're doing it on Mission 37, you need to call Supply/Ammo drops near the Skull location at Kiziba camp (not too close of course) because you will run out of sleep gas grenades and the higher difficulty = more hit points for Skulls.

My 2nd favorite mission so far, I got 7/8 tasks on the first try (looked them up after I beat the Skulls) My favorite is the one with the first Sahelanthropus fight. I somehow managed to get all tasks in the first go (2nd go actually, I reached the fight the first time but i didn’t finish it so I had to restart the mission.
Are you too close? Are you using the scenery to block lines of site? Because as long as you're in the approximate position and place where he shows in the video, and from your lying down position you yeet the first couple behind their feet then you shouldn't get detected.
Guys, an easy way is to what he did in the video upon 3:32 then just go around the corner and approach the truck, after the skulls cutscene happens just run and fulton the truck, i did it without the wormhole as well, maybe it was luck? :0
😂 I did this the hard way I stayed at the first location and did it the stealth way if you want an Important Tip and don’t care about challenges or S rank then stay at the first location clear as many enemies as possible then the truck will appear then get close enough and tranq the enemy closest to the truck and the skulls will look at the enemy that’s been tranqed and won’t care about the truck so then go behind the truck and press Triangle and run away 😂
When I threw the sleep grenades from cover those bastards immediately went into full alert, spotted me somehow instantly. Still got an S rank though LOL.

I think my Ps4 version needs fixed. The EMN mines only work if youre there to observe them working. Example = Mission Red Brass: When the 2 Colonels are leaving town at the same time, I have placed EMN mines at opposite sides of the town where they both drive out at the same time. So lets call them Point A and Point B. If I go to Point A and wait, the EMN mines work here and I eliminate the colonel-extract him. But back at Point A, the other Colonel drives over my mines with zero effect, and if switch places aka do it vice versa it happens the same. This time, I go to Point B the EMN mines work, but at Point A the EMN mines have zero effect. I tried all sorts of mines etc and blocked the road, but the colonel drives through them no matter if I`m at Point A or Point B. I must Observe the colonel drive over them for them to work. WTF?? I managed to do it by chasing the colonel before he reached the other village and snipe him with zzz gun. Also, my first time I tried this mission, I also tried the sleeping grenades and they had Zero effect on anyone. I ended up having to kill the skulls with a Fakel Grenade Launcher. I think my game is buggy as hell. I got some updates and managed to download Game Data 1.90 and 1.10 but my game still displays Ver 1.08 when loading up. I'm not super familiar with this mission and where 0 risk is "supposed" to be, but when skulls show up everyone on the map turns into a puppet. When you take 'em out, everyone is stunned.
Easier way for me is to just sneak and they will follow you but they will not detect you so i bring them somewhere where they cant see the caravan and then ill roll to the caravan and reverse
+Mathew Slater make sure they aren't wearing gas masks and if you are having too much trouble there's an item that gives unlimited ammo and grenades (I don't want to spoil too much)
helluva good job! i just can't replicate the part about putting the skulls to sleep because I only have 4 sleep grenades. I wonder if calling for a sleeping gas strike will do the job?

Jon Manilenio ez throw 1 grenade and wait until its entirelyout before throwing another,after you throw the third,ask for a resupply on sleep grenade(on supply/weapons tag on menu) just try to ask for a drop a lil away from the point you are so you can recover it withouth being seen(beyond 50mt is fine i think) as you crawl away(to get your resupply)and win some time throw the last one and get the resupply,re position yourself and continue if they spread out keep throwing until they are all sleep(it worked for me and got the s rank)

I feel like this mission is bugged. The transport driver just cut out his sentence for no reason ran to the truck and mever spoke again. Its happened multiple times now. Really hard to get all 3 locations without him being bugged.
Your guide is amazing and helps a whole lot but the game itself doesn't like me. While throwing the sleep grenades to the skulls they "paralyze" and these weird poses, except one that just ignores the grenades and starts walking to my position no matter what so i got stuck on the last part for 20 mins cuz of that

A funny bug happened to me at the end of this mission, where you hear the last conversation. As the truck was about to park, one of the tanks simply ran over one of the station's soldiers, alerting them to a possible threat - perhaps a driver without a license?
You get wormhole Fulton after doing side op 50-capture the legendary jackal. That side op unlocks after you've done the main mission no. - 31. It's very expensive to research, costing about 850k GMP and requires R&D team to be at lvl 40. Check your idroid.
