日本のシーフードは基本的に生で食べれる素晴らしい鮮度で店に出ます (加熱が必要な物には加熱用と書かれています) それだけ管理が行き届いてると言うことちなみに卵も全て生で食べる鮮度なのでしっかりと賞味期限が書いてありますあとは買った人が生で食べたり焼いたり炒めたりするだけ
