Luri Matsushima / remember
【Ingredients】
・Woodford Reserve 30ml
・Cocoa butter 8g
・Beet sugar 5g
・Hot water 15ml
・Sauvignon Blanc juice 5ml
・Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic Water 45ml
・Iced coffee 20ml
【How to make】
①Mix Woodford Reserve, cocoa butter, beet sugar, hot water and Sauvignon Blanc juice, chill and strain.
② Put an ice cube in a glass. Put ice in a mixing glass, pour in ①, stir, and pour into the glass.
③Pour Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic Water into ②, stir gently, and float iced coffee.

This was a bit tough to follow as step 1 in the description is done behind the scenes. Notice that she never opens the Woodford Reserve bottle in the video. That's because Step 1 has been done before the video starts, so the unlabeled carafe already has Woodford Reserve, cocoa butter, beet sugar, hot water, and Sauvignon Blanc juice pre-mixed.

I believe she did that to chill down the mixing glass and remove the outer layer of raw ice since they tend to have unpleasant smells built up from the fridge
