レシピ
・ウッドフォードリザーブ 45ml
・アンゴスチュラ・ビターズ 2dash
・ボブズ・ビターズ チョコレート 2dash
・グラン・マルニエ 20ml
・角砂糖 1個
・オレンジピール 1片
・ペリエ 適量
・オレンジ、グリオッティンチェリー（ガーニッシュ）
つくり方
ロックグラスに氷を入れる。角砂糖に、アンゴスチュラ・ビターズ、ボブズ・ビターズ チョコレートを各２dash振りかける。銅製マグに、グラン・マルニエ、角砂糖、オレンジピールを入れて着火し、もう1つのマグにスローイングする。ペリエを適量加え、火を消し、15mlのみを水を切ったロックグラスに注ぐ。ウッドフォードリザーブを加えてステアし、マグの中のオレンジピールを浮かべる。ガーニッシュとともに提供する。

Woodford Reserve 45ml
Angostura Bitters 2dash
Bob's Bitters Chocolate 2dash
20ml Grand Marnier
1 sugar cube
1 orange peel
Perrier, to taste
Garnished orange and griotte cherries
How to make
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Sprinkle sugar cube with 2dash each of Angostura Bitters and Bob's Bitters Chocolate. In a copper mug, ignite the Grand Marnier, sugar cube, and orange peel, and throw into another mug. Add a splash of Perrier, extinguish, and pour only 15 ml into a drained rocks glass. Add Woodford Reserve, steer, and float the orange peel in the mug. Serve with garnish.
