【材料】
卵白 1個(約30g)
粉糖 30g
薄力粉 13g
無塩バター 23g
アーモンドスライス 25g
【作り方】
※オーブンは170度に予熱しておく。バターは溶かしておく。
00:21 ボウルに卵白、粉糖、薄力粉、溶かしバターの順に加えしっかり混ぜ合わせる。
1:55 アーモンドスライスを加えてゴムベラで軽く混ぜ合わせる。
2:33 天板に等間隔に流して、スプーンで丸く形を整える。
3:49 170度で色づくまで焼く(約10分前後)。
3:57 焼き上がりをすぐに取り出し、麺棒などに巻き付けて形を作る。
【Ingredients】
1(30g) egg white
30g powdered sugar
13g cake flour
23g unsalted butter
25g almond slices
【Recipe】
*Preheat the oven to 170℃. Melt the butter beforehand.
00:21 1. Place egg white, sugar, flour, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix well.
1:55 2. Add almond slices and roughly mix.
2:33 3. Pour the tuile batter on an oven pan, and make them round shape with a spoon.
3:49 4. Bake at 170℃ until evenly golden. (about 10 mins)
3:57 5. Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately place them on a rolling pin to give them curved shape.
