I must say that the Rayearth finisher, for being both a new-comer and being a magical knight series, looks pretty great and completely like something out of CLAMP.
Wait... no deployable Gouryujin and Genryujin? In W they had both combo assault for Choryujin and Gekiryujin as well as Maximum Toulong for the other two. W got best GaoGaiGar, hands down.
well it's understandable since it was easier to make sprites and animations for a ds game rather than hd animations, also how they have some crazy tricks used with their combination attacks once they were split, but If I have to guess they wanted to save more budget so all of then are fused by default, kind of same deal with the Might Gaine companions.
@@GudaGudaPaisen Yeah as far I remember, they skipped then for some reason, Choryujin was also fused by default in that one too, which is weird why they skipped it in the first place since it was the same Gaogaigar content as Alpha 2, they could have easily added then. Both of then were also in BX, which it was made by the same team as W, but they were fused by default in that one too, also the budget thing is just a theory considering the ammount of work per unit in these yearly console releases they have been doing for a while too.
Its because of budget but also balance because it was very easy to abuse the spirits in W. You could cast spirits in their individual forms and then cast more in their combined forms. The game was easy enough as it was but the Dragon Brothers and Sisters make it even more broken! Thats the main reason why anytime we see them now its in their combined forms in gameplay.
Gunbuster and Sizzler Black should have combination attack. But it will be broken. Both themselves are already top tier in every incarnation in history of srw
