He wanted to kill Dante for a long time and it wasn’t that easy until this mode came and now Vergil got his revenge If they make Vergil must die Dante: ya now where talking
I can already hear Nero in the background saying something like, “Who’s deadweight now old man?” And thus, the Dante getting bullied videos and montages begin to drop in.
@@user-Watanabe-s3g so your point is a complete tangent to mine. He said vergil was being bullied by dante I said vergil was the one causing trouble in 3 of the 5 games now you say he lost to vergil twice in 3 which is wrong he only lost the initial fight after that vergil lost last two fights in 3. In dmc 3 vergil was the enemy in dmc 1 vergil was nelo angelo causing trouble again and was killed by dante in dmc 5 vergil was the main villain again and he beat dante in mission 19.
It seems that the boss is Super Dante. Why? Because: a) his Devil Trigger doesn't recover his health b) Balrog is constantly charged c) Dante's using his Sin Devil Trigger too many times.
It's gameplay besides lore wise Dante and vergil doesn't have that much restriction using their sdt besides getting physically tired after to mutch time but they recover in mere minutes
Canonically he is supposed to only use sin now just like vergil but I guess he can't be wahoo pizza man in that form and he's more like BITCH IM THE SON OF SATAN HIMSELF
@@nunyaxyz he Acts like a combo mad player, only use it for finisher's (except on the flying phase), Vergil will use SDT and start to attack until SDT ends, Dante will mostly use SDT middle combo and return to human form right after.
@@JaquetaoSlayer maybe because their sdt works different from each other? Like, gameplay wise, Dante's is for you to go all out and finish your enemies quickly, only to be used when you really need it or can afford to use. Since gameplay Dante retains his normal dt, that one is used for distortion (if that's still a thing) or as general boost for your attacks. Vergil's sdt is his "regular" dt, as in, he becomes really powerful, but still functions as the regular dt once did (maybe stronger, at least), while his "normal" dt mechanic is the copy. Like this you can have better crowd control, more damage and stylish points without needing to sacrifice mechanics, and also makes enough of a difference on their playstyle. Honestly I wish vergil kept his regular dt because the concept art for it exists in the game, and it would be a neat thing to have. Then you could easily make his doppelganger be a style choice or and ability he can turn on like it is now (by pressing the DPad), making his sdt a stronger state like Dante's. But then again, I like when characters that are equals have their own interpretation of the same power, so I can't complain
I love the fact that Dante can now use Vergil's Teleporting Helm Splitter. Both brothers have pretty much jacked almost all of each other's moves at this point in the series.
Compared to dante vs vergil fight the reverse of it takes so much time it seems.in terms of per hit dante seems like hits more than vergil but vergil is faster.I like that dante is the strong brawler type and vergil is fast and calculated. But in terms of defence and damage lead i think dante takes it except the beowulf ultimate.
This difficulty is Dante Must Die, wherein they have between 4 and 8x normal health, but it's also likely Dante has way more HP than Vergil. He also seems to have way more I-frames. The volcano attack on Vergil's weapon is the most powerful move in the game, even beyond Dante's SDT Judgement, I believe. Judgement would not have taken as much damage as the volcano did in this video.
@@tipsy634 seems to have more i-frames? Really? I thought the patterns looked generally the same for both armour and i-frames unless he DTed at different timings
So, this Dante has constant quadruple S, but Demolition doesn't slow time and Judgement has a lot smaller area of hit effect + Judgement doesn't have I-frames.
Demolition doesn't slow down for playable Dante either. It only freezes the enemy it catches, which still remains the same here. If Vergil gets caught by boss Dante's Demolition you will be frozen.
I'm still curious to see if block actually has a parry and how would that affect gameplay. In my opinion just like Dante if Vergil does perfect block it shouldn't consume his concentration. And parry on perfect block?
His block has a parry at level 2 concentration but it also dramatically lowers his concentration meter. Sorry ik this message is abit late lol and you guys probably already know this by now (I live in the UK so the ps5 only dropped Thursday)
@@purple-eyessilverdrago6895 Yep, but still pretty crap, the same to Vergil's Voice, Ryotaro Okiayu (Zero From Megaman X And Alucard From Castlevania) would be better as Vergil
Hmm DLC Special Edition Vergil available what next? DLC Nero boss fight DLC Trish & Lady available DLC boss Vergil Boss upgrade weapon and moves set DLC PVP
Remember Dante from DMC4, rolling and trickster dashing all of your attempts to start anything on him? Sigh... It looks good, sounds good, but the essence's somewhat gone.
