フランシス・プーランクが1935年に作曲した“フランス組曲 (FP.80)” の終曲の第7曲、“鐘”を、弾いてみました。
多分ですが、この曲のオリジナルは、小編成のオーケストラです。
この曲は、16世紀のルネッサンスの頃に生きていた作曲家、クロード・ジェルヴェーズの作品を元に、プーランクの20世紀のエッセンスを加味した素敵な作品です。
その証拠に、凄く古典的な響きの中に、歪んだ和音とかが混じってくる(最後の一節)のが、何とも新鮮だと思います。
これで、この組曲は全曲投稿し終わりました。

プーランクの面白さは、シャンソンの様な雰囲気のテンポが自由に動く音楽があると思えば、こう言った、一定のテンポの音楽もあり、実に多彩な魅力があると思います。
I played "Carillon," the seventh and final piece of the "French Suite (FP.80)" composed by Francis Poulenc in 1935.
This piece is also one of my very favorite pieces in this suite.
The original of this piece was probably composed by a small orchestra. (I once played harpsichord in this piece.)
This piece is based on the work of Claude Gervaise, a composer who lived during the Renaissance in the 16th century, and Poulenc added the essence of the 20th century to it.
The evidence of this is the mix of distorted chords and such in a very classical-sounding piece (the last passage), which I think is very fresh.e.
I have now finished submitting this suite in its entirety.
The interesting thing about Poulenc's music is that there is music that moves freely in tempo like a chanson, but there is also music with a fixed tempo like this, and I think it is truly fascinating in its variety.
