Hi friends, Here are a few cooking tips for this recipe. 1) Make sure you brush oil on all the sides of the pan, so the omelette won't stick on the pan. 2) Roll up the omelette before it is fully cooked. 3) Move the pan around to control the temperature of the pan. 4) Don't add too much cheese or other ingredients to the omelette because it may cover the flavour of the eggs.
