Good topic, a lot of people has misunderstood what exactly is street workout, especially in recent years. Basically working out freely without any constraints by time, space and equipments can already represents the spirit of street workout. Street lifting, Park workout, Reps and sets, weighted calisthenics, outdoor gymnastics and Freestyle calisthenics.......you name it....are to be counted as street workout. However, new generations are more focus on freestyle + strength dynamics as most part of their goals and almost hijacks the ture meaning behind street workout.
