Just came upon your channel. Most all of your dishes look beautiful & yummy. However, there seems to be so much time required for cooking the dishes. The sauces always look delicious. There are many steps to follow & I've never witnessed the many different ways required to prep the food & time needed to also wash other ingredients. So much blanching, steaming, frying & steaming again of your cuisine is unusual for me to see. Is every dish fried at some point during the cooking process? I'd like to try some of these dishes, but if everything must be fried, there's no way I'd be able to eat them. Also, I can't consume any soy, or spicy foods. Are there alternatives? In any event, I love to see dishes made from other countries. I'd most likely try anything as long as I didn't know what I was eating. I love different textures in food like crunchy surprises. I do know I could never eat mushy, soft, gelatinous, old fishy smelling or tasting and spicy food at all. I would just love to learn how to make Mandarin Duck with the sauce, little pancakes & cut up veggies. Mmmm! I also love fresh smoked lake fish, sticky or crunchy rice & fried rice w/vegetables & eggs. I greatly enjoy dumplings, soups & steamed buns. I would love to know how to create the specific dishes I like most. Finally I'd love to taste candied haws & learn more about teas. Thanks. I enjoyed your cooking. ❤ Lastu
