It is a posture where the body will be in maximum contact with the floor so which naturally, in terms of weight, per square centimeter (square inch) is minimal. So your ability to sit is better because weight is not just on your buttocks. It’s spread across. Because of that, you feel much easier sitting that way. The idea of sitting cross-legged is if you prepared your body well, this is the most comfortable thing you can do. You can stay in this posture much longer than any other posture that you know of, simply because maximum amount of contact is there. That means your weight is distributed. Because of that, you can sit well.

Don't recline. Sit straight. Cross legs. Move and rotate wrists, elbows and neck in directional movement. Breath, thought, and awareness in the right combination, distance arise between mind and body, then your ability to use mind and body increases phenomenally. 葛优躺真是害人啊,我还发现当你偏头痛,脑供血不足时,挺胸挺直脊背,供血瞬间好多了,给脑部供血也上来了,头不疼了。

So funny, don’t know how I just like to sit crossed legs since I was very small. And we have those folding chair (just the seat kind of chair), I also sit crossed legs on the chair. Looks like I’m floating in the air😂
