What is the temperature for oven proofing? If use higher temperature, will reduce the proofing time?

It’s about 30. Not too high as high temperature will kills yeast. Yes, warmer environment can speed up the proofing process.

It’s about 45 minutes but like I mentioned in the summary, do not judge the proofing by duration. 😊

面粉是在烘焙原料店買的散裝中筋麵粉,沒有品牌。至於酵母是燕子牌😊

把巧克力粉或是抹茶粉調成膏狀再加入麵團裡。麵團太乾或太濕,可以適量加粉或牛奶
