3条法棍For 3 Small Baguettes
🍞食材Ingredients:
240g 中筋面粉或高筋面粉 All-purpose flour or Bread flour
150g 全麦面粉 Fine Grain Whole -Wheat Flour
285g 温水 Warm Water (大约about 28° C,夏天用冰水,Cold Water for Summer)
2g 即溶酵母 Instant Yeast
8.5g 盐 Salt
提前预热烤箱至500°F/ 260°C 中底层烤18-22分钟至金黄色,如果面包上色很快,可以把烤箱的温度降到450°F/230°C左右

1. 如果用中筋面粉,选12%左右蛋白质含量的中筋面粉,或高筋面粉
的中筋面粉
2. 提前30分钟预热烤箱,烤盘也需要一起预热
