Basic Baguette Dough:
300g bread flour (or 210g high-gluten flour and 90g low-gluten flour), 225g water (with an extra 10g reserved for preventing sticking), 3g maltose (optional), 2.5g instant yeast, and 6g salt.
Baking temperature: 230°C for 25 minutes
