The grey sky, the snow, and the blackness of the water made the entire tsunami experience even more disturbing, I think, from the many videos I've watched.

Sorry, I thought this was a video about the tsunami, but I didn't notice much? It's more about people waiting for it. Hopefully it wasn't too bad there.
Google Maps - 40°32'21.4"N 141°33'46.2"E - Filmed next to the blue science museum. Luckily it looks like this town was protected from the full force of the tsunami by being a north facing open bayed port, they did get the swell and rise of the sea which flooded the town, but it could have been much worse. Yeah, I'm sure the next time you film a natural disaster of this size, you won't worry about your safety or that of your family and friends...only keeping the camera perfectly still to stop RU-vid idiots moaning about the camera shaking. No wonder humanity is sinking lower and lower every year.
@@muttley8818 Well, if you care so much, then why film it at all? I think it's a problem of our modern society - to hold out the phone to whatever. So the comment above has a certain point: if you film it, then at least film it properly.

@Yoda Dunbar I think he meant it is strange that the video just ends randomly. If you are filming this, there must be a reason. Either you run and care for your life or you do a good footage, the quality of many of those footages is so bad it seems they have never ever held a camera up before - but then suddenly, they feel the urge to film such a devastating event. So even if the comment above may seem disrespectful, there is a certain point to it.
