eng recipe Ingredients (Diana Aw) 1. Pumpkin 200g, remove skin and cut smaller, steam at high heat till soft for 15min 2. Glutinous rice flour 120g (some extra for hand kneading) 3. Tapioca flour 40g 4. Sugar 50g 5. Red bean paste 6. White sesame Method 1. Combine glutinous rice flour, tapioca flour and sugar in a big bowl and mix well 2. Add little glutinous rice flour with the red bean paste and knead into balls of 5-8g. Set aside 3. Add the steamed pumpkin into the flour (step 1) and combine well using chopstick. Then slowly add little glutinous rice flour while kneading it. Continue till the dough is not sticking to the hand. Roll into 30g ball each. 4. Fill each pumpkin dough with the red bean paste and roll into a ball. Dip it into the water and transfer into a bowl of sesame. Shake in circular motion so that it is well coated with sesame. Remove any excess sesame. 5. Heat wok with more oil. Turn to low heat and fry the sesame balls. Once it has increased in size, turn to high heat and fry till golden brown. 6.
