I have been diagnosed with osteoponia because I have to take medications that lower all my hormones and clearly that causes bone lose. Will I still be able to reverse or prevent osteoporosis by exercising and taking my supplements in my situation? Thank you Dr Joe!

Omg, super helpful, just fount my Dex report 6 years ago, my findings limber spine were -2.4.. must do your excerise and take vitamin D and k2… calcium is a must too. Thx so much for such helpful tip..
