山竹陳皮牛肉球
菜譜/簡單步驟
1.材料: 碎牛肉750克. 豆腐皮用於裝飾
2.配料:馬蹄半杯.肥肉粒半杯.肥肉粒半杯.蔥.元西適量
3.醃肉料:水150克.小蘇打7克.梘水1.65克
4.調味料:味精8克.鹽15克.糖25克.陳皮2茶匙.白胡椒半茶匙.麻油半茶匙
5.醃牛肉,將小蘇打和梘水加到水中. 拌勻
6.將水倒入牛肉拌勻.攪勻後將牛肉醃一小時效果更好.
7.牛肉醃一小時後加調味料:味精.鹽.糖.攪拌機用低速拌勻.攪拌1.5分鐘
然後切換到高速攪拌1分鐘
8. 將馬蹄粒.肥肉粒.蔥.元西.生粉倒入攪拌機.用低速拌勻.然後高速攪拌一分鐘.
9.將白胡椒粉.麻油.豬油1湯匙.倒入攪拌機高速攪拌1.5分鐘.
10. 攪拌已完成.取出牛肉.用手再打幾次.放入冰箱擱置一小時.這樣做效果更好
11.预备好一煲滾水(蒸鍋). 和一蒸籠.
12. 擠牛肉丸.牛肉丸蒸8分鐘.
Beef Ball Dim Sum
Recipes/Easy simple steps.
1. Main ingredients: 750g ground beef. Bean Curd skin for decoration.
2. Ingredients: half a cup of water chestnut mince, half a cup of fatty meat, green onions, and Cilantro appropriate amount
3. Marinated ingredients: 150 grams of water, 7 grams of baking soda, 1.65 grams of Potassium carbonate.
4. Seasonings: 8 grams of MSG, 15 grams of salt, 25 grams of sugar, 2 teaspoons of tangerine peel, 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil.
5. Marinate beef, add baking soda, and Potassium carbonate to water. Mix well.
6. Pour the water into the beef and mix well. Stir well and marinate the beef for one hour for better results.
7. After the beef has been marinated for one hour, add seasonings: MSG, salt, sugar. Mix well with a low-speed mixer. Stir for 1.5 minutes Then switch to high speed mixing for 1 minute
8. Pour Water chestnut, fat cubes, green onions, Cilantro, cornstarch into a blender. Mix well at low speed. Then stir at high speed for one minute.
9. Pour white pepper, sesame oil, and lard 1 tbsp. into a blender and stir at high speed for 1.5 minutes.
10. The mixing is complete. Take out the beef. Beat a few more times with your hands. Put it in the refrigerator for one hour. This is a better result.
11. Prepare a pot of boiling water (steamer). And a steamer.
12. Squeeze the beef balls. Steam the beef balls for 8 minutes.
