You can simply bake a batch of baking soda (NaHCO3) at 200 °C in the oven for about an hour to give off CO2 and H2O to get sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) 😉!
Yes it's a good way if you need more, bake the powder and stock it for further use... but I just need a little bit for once, so water boiling would be the fastest way 🤪
Followed the recipe to the T but the meat (before steaming) seems quite runny and therefore unable to make it into a ball shape, any suggestion? Thanks for the video though👍🏻🙌🏻
