EN: The origin of Qi Gong and Martial Arts are lost in the mists of time and they are as old as dance. One of the main techniques of Qi Gong, often called "龙形 Dragon shape", is also the main Chinese wrestilng technique. Master Yuan Zumou says that the Wai technique is very ancient, and together with the Chuai technique they are the "grandfather and grandmother" of all Chinese Wrestilng. Together they are the Mother of all techniques. In this video, Master Li Bao Ru of Beijing shows all the possibilities of Wai.
Didactic material from the late 80s, which Master Li Bao Ru gave me during his stay in Paris.

4:47 Crazy how I've seen that move done in forms and I thought only of them performing punches. This video was rather impressive and educational in how it gave counters.

Great again. This is my teacher's teacher. With Wai, would you say a key is to get the opponent's head down? I'm looking at the posture he gets the opponent into, just before throwing.

The old master make it look so effortless. However, younger instructors usually strain a little before the throw.

From the Tiandihe school archives. They are old VHS that Master Li Baoru gave me during his stay in Paris hosted by my Master Yuan Zumou. It's a huge amount of material, hours and hours of filming, which I'm slowly digitizing. Unfortunately many VHS have partially demagnetized. I try to save what can be saved.

@Jose Martins: I recommend that when you've grown up (I'm assuming you're very young from the ignorance of your comment), that you go back and read what you posted here. I guarantee that at 40 or 50 you'll look back and cringe at your own short sightedness. Good luck on your journey.
