主要原料:
短豬排骨, 五香豆乾,馬鈴薯,豆角
佐料和配菜
葱,姜,大料,花椒粉,醬油,鹽, 雞湯
以上食材和佐料根據自己口味調整用量
製作過程:
鍋中放一點底油
加入蔥薑後放入洗淨的小豬排翻炒後逐漸加入豆乾佐料豆角土豆後加入鹽調味後
加入雞湯燉15-20分鐘即可
