改良版糖醋豬排骨/Sweet Sour Pork Ribs (longer rib version)

主要原料:
豬排骨
佐料:
煮排骨用的:蔥,薑, 大料
炒排骨用的:糖, 蜂蜜,香醋,白醋, 生抽, 雞湯, 鹽,料酒
以上食材和佐料根據自己口味調整用量
製作過程:
排骨切塊兒洗淨
排骨放入鍋中加水淹過排骨後,加入蔥,薑, 大料
大火燒開後轉小火煮15-20分鐘
鍋中放入少許油後加入白糖,蜂蜜,香醋,白醋, 生抽, 料酒,鹽,雞湯小火熬煮湯汁稍微濃稠
煮熟的排骨倒入鍋中小火燉煮約5-10分鐘
大火收汁, 讓每塊排骨都沾滿湯汁
Ingredients:
Pork rib
Seasonings:
Boil ribs: Onion, Ginger, Star anise
Stir fry ribs: Sugar, Honey, Balsamic vinegar, White vinegar, Light soy sauce, Salt, Cooking wine.
Adjust the amount of the above ingredients and seasonings based on your own taste
Cooking Process:
1. Cut pork rib into pieces, rinse it.
2. Put ribs in a pot, add water, onion, ginger.
3. Cook the ribs for 15-20mins after it boil.
4. Put a little oil in the pot, add sugar, honey, balsamic vinegar, white vinegar, soy sauce, chicken broth, cooking wine, salt. Cook the sauce in low heat to a little bit sticky.
5. Add cooked ribs into the sauce, cook it for 5-10mins using low heat.
6. Thick the sauce up. Let every piece of rib wrap with the sauce.
