Don't use this as a guide. He is putting it back together in the wrong way and he is not using a torque wrench when tightening the caps for the camshafts. Furthermore you must not tighten the cam sprockets until the timing belt is tightened. Otherwise you will put forward or backward tension on the camshafts.
