What an odd set up since hanged man can't unshorten you with Feds debuffs AND even then you still wouldn't get it until some time later. Clearing the debuff stacks is alright but probably could just have Luci Main on auto cast to do that
Only MC needs to get shorten removed. The others don't matter. You need to clear shorten on MC or Ignition from Overtrance won't work. MC won't likely get targeted due to aggro up from both Makora and Khumbira. Even if they both fail to get targeted MC still has high dodge rate from Temptation key. It's a small gamble. Luci will only cast his clear on enemy trigger.
seyfert from luminiera malice is better replacement for 3rd ark. better dps too since you got supplement dmg when crit. but the drawback, you need to play double zeus to activae 100% crit, also your hp will be lower too.
I mean, I get why. They could have gone with something else for her S4, but they've been cracking down on 'free' skill resets and making sure you can't do it forever. Or at least trying in some vague sense considering what's still possible.
@@FrozenPyro all it does is reset all other skills tho. Have you forget there are already existing reset skills? See FLB Albert 4th skill, it reset skill too without any condition, recastable, and gives insta CA on top off that.
@@mhfirst1412 It resets skills that makes the team turn into a blender for 4 more turns after you finish the first set. Albert's FLB kit was from an era when we didn't have stupid setups that allowed for high burst in a short amount of time, resets skills with already low cooldowns that only affect himself, and had the limitation of being unable to do NOTHING for an entire turn after that reset when you used his S3 (EMP didn't get added until last year and by then he wasn't notable, obviously different now with his rebalance).
@@mhfirst1412 By Cygames, yes. Like I said, they've been 'trying' to crack down on infinite resets for a while now to various degrees. Letting a team get two resets in one Qilin or Qilin-adjacent character was likely a bad idea so they let you get her S3 again, but you don't get her S4 for free.
