First heard that song a heck of a long time before I knew what Touhou actually was. Then I played the game, and when this song played, I was brought back to that simpler time.
Getting closer and closer to being able to play every melody for EoSD as my friends and I play it :D I wanna have one friend play through the game with the BGM off and I play it for them on the piano
Newer version uploaded by the original artist, in case anyone wants it: ?v=JTgzNHyGpn4 Assuming "Inaba Tofu (イナバ豆腐)" is an older name; they changed to "Inaba Teruya/Yukipo (因幡 輝哉/ゆきぽ)" at some point. Their website: http(:)//saki(.)biroudo(.)jp/
Now we are here tonight, let me hear what you say There's no poetry or meaning in the day But this darkness has made me afraid Can't you take this away? You have no chance in mind of me getting too far Just confirming what a maneater you are One more victim of midnight bizzare I just can't get away.
@YottaSidedDice The first arrangement (in most cases) is usually a simple transition to piano with no extra bells and whistles. Arrangements after the first tend to throw in their own style.
I wouldn't exactly say 'own style' - it seems to me many arrangers have an ease-in sentiment, especially with looping, short bgms such as this one. Instead of going into 'SUPER MAXIMUM ULTRA AWESOME ARRANGE MODE' immediately, they start simple and eventually reach that mode. Otherwise, the arrange would end at less than a minute long. Simply repeating isn't good either, as each new iteration should introduce something different to capture the listeners' attention, right? tl;dr er what did I say
i love this shit it has such a lively toon ^_^ if for some reason somebody i knew were about to kill them selfs id play this song and then play a game of tag with them ^_^
