枸杞湯
(枸杞豬膶瘦肉蛋花湯)
材料:
枸杞菜1斤
豬膶200克
瘦肉200克
雞蛋2隻
薑1舊
處理:
1. 瘦肉,清水洗淨,切片,放碗內。
2. 豬膶,切片,放在另一個碗內。
3. 加入調味:
豬膶 瘦肉
a. 生粉 1茶匙 1湯匙
b. 油 1茶匙 1茶匙
c. 生抽 半茶匙 半茶匙
d. 胡椒粉 半茶匙 ~
撈勻。
4. 薑,刮去皮,拍鬆。
5. 枸杞,揸住莖部,由上而下拉下來,就可以取出菜葉,莖部,切段,清水洗淨。
烹調:
1. 要4碗湯,在鑊中加入5碗水,大火煲滾。
2. 水煲滾後,加入枸杞莖和薑,滾3分鐘。
3. 已滾了3分鐘,撈起枸杞莖,加入瘦肉及枸杞葉,滾5分鐘。
4. 又滾了5分鐘,加入豬膶,冚蓋滾2~3分鐘。
5. 雞蛋,打在碗中,加入湯內,冚蓋滾1分鐘。
6. 完成,可享用。
Pig's liver lean meat soup with leaves of Chinese wolf berries
Ingredients:
Leaves of Chinese wolf berries 1 catty
Pig's liver 200g
Lean meat 200g
Eggs 2 Nos.
Ginger 1 No.
Preparation:
1. Lean meat, rinse with tap water. Slice it. Put in a bowl.
2. Pig's liver, slice it, put in another bowl.
3. Season the meat and liver:
Liver Lean meat
a. Tapioca starch 1 tsp 1 tbsp
b. Oil 1 tsp 1 tsp
c. Light soya 0.5 tsp 0.5 tsp
sauce
d. Pepper 0.5 tsp ~
Mix well.
4. Ginger, get it peeled. Beat well.
5. Leaves of Chinese wolf berries, one hand hold the stem, the other hand get the leaves from top to bottom. Cut the stem in lengths. Rinse thoroughly.
Steps:
1. If you want 4 bowls of soup, put 5 bowls of water in wok. Heat up at high flame.
2. Water has been boiled up, put the stem and ginger in wok. Boil for 3 minutes.
3. Have been boiled for 3 minutes, pick up the stem. Put lean meat and leaves of Chinese wolf berries, boil for 5 minutes.
4. Have been boiled for another 5 minutes, put pig's liver. Cover up the wok. Boil for 2~3 minutes.
5. Eggs, beat into a bowl. Put into soup. Cover up the wok and boil for 1 minute.
6. Complete. Serve.
