Step 1
Prepare shredded ginger, also smash ginger pieces.

Clean and slice pork liver. Slice lean pork.
Step 3
Marinate pork liver and lean pork with salt, cornstarch and white pepper. Add shredded ginger to pork liver, continue to marinate.
