The rich cheesecake can be baked to create a firm textured part and a soft, melt-in-your-mouth part.
The fluffy sponge cake crumb sprinkled around the cake makes it look fantastic.

Fromage Cheese Cake
Sponge Dough
(Ingredients) 15 cm round cake pan
1 egg
20g sugar
10g milk
25g flour
5g unsalted butter
Bake at 170℃ for 20 minutes
Fromage dough
(Ingredients) 15cm round mold
200g cream cheese
60g sugar
5g cornstarch (potato starch)
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
Bake at 160℃ for 25 minutes
