3 tsps milk powder 奶粉3茶匙
1 tbsp custard powder 吉士打粉1湯匙
For dough: 面团
250g plain flour / all purpose flour 中筋麵粉
10g sugar 糖10克
130ml water 水130毫升
1 tsp active dried yeast 酵母1茶匙
