2024年2月10日（土）に西山病院の未来型デイケアHarnesさんで演奏させていただいた「合戦」です。
この曲は卒業生による和太鼓集団「和音」が作曲してくださった曲で、浜松でおこった「三方ヶ原の戦い」と「遠州大念仏」を題材にしています。
命を懸けた戦いの激しさを、和太鼓で表現できるよう、練習を重ね、昨年の12月の「令和5年度 静岡県高等学校総合文化祭 郷土芸能部門 第28回文化祭」で創部初となる優秀賞を受賞しました。
本日は、高校3年生が引退し、高校1年生と2年生の新しいメンバーで初めて演奏しました。体調不良で欠席したメンバーもいましたが、全員で一生懸命、和太鼓の練習を重ねてきました。激しい戦いを生き残った仲間たちが、明日へ向けて仲間を鼓舞し、勇気を出して次の合戦に挑む姿を、皆様に伝えられたら幸いです。
西山病院さんには、今まで福祉科の生徒が実習などでお世話になってきました。（今後、看護科の生徒もお世話になるかもしれません。）また未来型デイケアHarnesさんでは吹奏楽部も演奏させていただいたことがあります。たくさんの利用者様に楽しんでいただき、私たちも今後の練習の励みになりました。ありがとうございました。
This is the song "GASSEN（Battle）" that we performed at Harnes, a futuristic day care center at Nishiyama Hospital, on Saturday, February 10, 2024.
This piece was composed by the taiko drum group "Waon," made up of graduates, and is based on the "Battle of Mikatagahara" and "Enshu Dainenbutsu," both of which took place in Hamamatsu.
The group practiced hard to express the intensity of the battle for their lives through taiko, and last December, the group won an award for excellence for the first time at the 28th Shizuoka Prefecture High School Cultural Festival in the local arts division in December 2023.
Today, the club performed for the first time with new members, first-year and second-year high school students, after the retirement of the third-year high school students. Although some members were absent due to health problems, all of them have been practicing taiko hard. We hope that we could convey to you how our friends survived the fierce battle, inspiring their friends for tomorrow and courageously taking up the challenge of the next battle.
Nishiyama Hospital has been a great help to the students of the Welfare Department in their practical training (and will be to the Nursing Department in the future). (In the future, students in the nursing course may also be able to visit Nishiyama Hospital for practical training.) We have also had a brass band perform at Harnes, a futuristic day care center. Many users enjoyed the performance, and it encouraged us to practice more in the future. Thank you very much.
