以前曾經用白酒忌廉煮青口,這回用蕃茄來煮,配麵包或意粒都是非常合適。
藍青口1kg
罐裝番茄800g
黑橄欖2茶匙
小酸瓜1茶匙
指天椒1隻
蒜頭2粒
干(紅)葱1粒
檸檬1個
蕃茜5棵
洋葱1/4個
白酒2杯
巴馬臣芝士粉4茶匙
I used to cook mussels with white wine cream sauce before, but this time I cook them with tomatoes, which is very suitable with bread or pasta.

Canned tomatoes 800g
Black olives 2t sp
Carpers 1 tsp
Corn pepper 1 pc
Garlic 2 cloves
