正常麵包材料(75% 水分):
高筋白麵粉375g
鹽5g
酸種150g
水263g
雙倍酸種麵包材料(75% 水分):
高筋白麵粉300g
鹽5g
酸種300g
水188g

Ingredients for the bread with double starter(75% hydration):
Strong White Bread Flour 300g
Salt 5g
Sourdough Starter 200g
Water 288g
