breakfast/tea snack in South East Asia

Ingredients / 材料 :-
Skin / 米皮:
Rice flour / 粘米粉 2 cups / 2杯
Tapioca flour / 木薯粉 half cup / 半杯
Water / 水 2 cups / 2杯
(Mixing use / 调粉漿用)
Water / 水 half cup / 半杯
(Bring to boil in a pot / 锅中煮沸)
Filling / 内馅:
Glutinous rice / 糯米 2 rice cups / 2米杯
Dried shrimp / 虾米 30g / 30克
Mushroom / 香菇 20pcs / 20朵
Peanuts / 花生 50g / 50克
Shallot / 红葱 2cloves / 2小颗
Garlic / 蒜末 3cloves / 3瓣
Light soy sauce / 酱清 1-2tbs / 1-2汤匙
Salt / 盐 1tbs / 1汤匙
