My mum shows me her amazing recipe and techniques for cooking the best Peanut Ikan Bilis (花生江鱼仔).

300g Ikan Bilis (Dried Anchioves) 江鱼仔
Minced Garlic 蒜米
Fresh Chili Paste 鲜辣椒 （搅拌）
