准备所需食料:
+ 白饭 : 413 克
+ 小虾 : 43 克
+ 鸡蛋 : 1 粒
+ 腊肠 : 23 克

+ 乌龟豆 : 41 克
+ 红萝卜 :46 克
+ 黑酱油 : 少许
+ 酱油 :1 汤匙
+ 黑胡椒粉 :少许
烹饪过程:
* 热锅加油。
* 首先, 把小虾翻炒一遍至带红色。
* 放入红萝卜,乌龟豆和玉蜀黍翻炒1分钟。
