These days, luncheon meat is hard to come by... lol.. many people buying canned food to keep.. but thanks ah pa, so nice to show us how to cook fried rice now!
ahpa, i will normally air fry the ham dices. its much easier to achieve golden browness on all sides. very useful if you like your luncheon meat a bit crispy =p Also, do you prefer the white version or dark soya sauce version for fried rice?
