果條腸粉好有心思。用羊肚菌帶香，炸物帶脆感，裡層的小菇類帶爽口感，腸粉皮做包裹。但是，可惜羊肚菌不香。炸物本來就油，再加上用油炒菇類，油上加油，搞到好油膩。 fusion 菜要改善啦。

廣告很有創意。讚!!! 👍 據我所知，如果想讓食物, 看起來紅色或橙色，用 paprika。感謝介紹這家高檔餐廳，你的評論總是誠實的。從價格上來說，雖然貴，但不離譜。在美國，有時, 會帶客去高級中餐館吃午餐。一直覺得不值。沒有吃到最好的中國菜。我會嘗試這家餐廳。謝謝!👍👍👍

Best way to refer "westerners" should be LO OI --- literal meaning respectful "foreigners". Just like we CANTONESE like to call Northern Chinese " LOU ZONE "--- Respectful Elder Brothers" !!! *** Do note that the genuine Native Canadians or Americans are so called & nicknamed " RED INDIANS " in Chinese history.

首先要講講流心的鵪鶉蛋燒賣。要做一個成功的食評，要介紹的不單止是食物的味道，最高境界是能夠欣賞到廚師的廚藝。一粒普通的燒賣起碼要蒸十分鐘，豬肉才能全熟。如果鵪鶉蛋同一時間要蒸10分鐘，蛋黃會硬過石頭。巧妙就是怎樣令到豬肉全熟而鵪鶉蛋還是流心，這一點好值得提出和研究。只講好食或唔好食比較單調，相信好多人都能夠評述。 My two cents 😊

可能我真是太cheap 啦，我覺得不太值。連tips 要over $300.燉疍白可能用全脂奶加一些33%dairy cream來做，所以會香一点，這甜品和楊枝甘露不需什麽技巧，只要靚材料便可，最多都是蒸旦白控制好時閒。Anyways thanks for sharing. 喜歡你们的風格。

I ask a couple of my rich friends if they're willing to paid above $20 for a dim sum like the spare ribs. "Not if I can get the same thing still satisfying n half the price; money doesn't fall from the sky, no way to splurge like this; it's not rocket science to make that steam egg dessert , not gonna pay the outrageous price..." Trust me, it's not about affordability it's about not being a sucker 🙄

I can tell the Mott 32 "dim sum quality" should be MEDICORE"--- not much better than those of MAXIM RESTAURANT in the City Hall of Hong Kong and in the good old days. At least 30% profit of Mott 32 should go for the rent. And it is ridiculous to pay over CN$ 200 just for a dim sum tea and for 2 persons !!!

@roman618 I had tried the Japanese banquet some 40 years ago, just a slice of abalone, it costed about HK$120. And I liked sharks fin and snke soup very much... about 3 times in every 10 days ... can you imagine the cost for such enjoyment? Trump and Bill Gates likes to eat burgers, how can they be so rich ??? HOW ABOUT YOU ???
