骨動肉不動指的是在接觸面上沒有任何的骨肉分離的滑動。動作時骨肉不發生這種不同歩的滑移代表控制上的精度。

Bone moves, flesh doesn't move, contact surface without any separation of bone and flesh. When there's no such distinct sliding movement between bone and flesh during the action, it represents precision in control.
